- Anything you tell us when you email or call us.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to take steps towards a sale, letting, land purchase or finance arrangement. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
- Our group company Access Building Contractors Ltd, where your enquiry concerns construction.
- Our website host, which receives form submissions on our behalf.
- Professional advisers such as solicitors and agents, where needed to progress your enquiry.
We do not sell your information. Our website host may process data outside the UK; where it does, it is protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not lead to further dealings for up to two years, then delete them. Where an enquiry becomes a transaction or tenancy, we keep records for as long as the law requires.
